DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

$9.95 FLAT RATE Aus-wide shipping, Regular Domestic

Orders should arrive 3-7 business days from receiving confirmed payment. (PLEASE NOTE: signature required for all deliveries. Sorry, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Yes, we love shipping our luxury CORK handbags to our overseas customers! Please contact us for a competitive shipping quotation.

RETURNS POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND:

  • eco Luxe Australia offers the return of *online stocked items only within 7 days of delivery (excludes ‘Create your Own’ items). Goods must be in original unused condition and resaleable.
  • Please note we offer store credits only (no refunds). If you wish to return your item and receive a new item, you will need to firstly return the original item for a store credit. Store credit will be issued within 3 - 4 days following receipt of original item & will be valid for 3 months.
  • Items purchased on sale cannot be returned due to Change of Mind (sale items also include any items purchased with a promotional discount code).
  • eco Luxe Australia is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note: The goods are your responsibility until they reach eco Luxe Australia—please package goods properly in original packaging (delivery box) to ensure goods are not damaged/crushed in transit as they must be in original unused condition & resaleable.

We suggest you use a postal service that insures the value of the item you are returning to, and that you obtain proof of postage as signature on delivery to eco Luxe Australia is required. 

Please email sales@ecoluxeaus.com.au with your completed shipping form which includes the order number and notify us of your intention to return due to Change of Mind. In addition, the tracking number for the return delivery will be required.

Please note that under no circumstances will ‘Create your Own’ products be accepted for return due to Change of Mind.

Return shipping will be at customer’s own expense.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

FAULTY ITEMS: 

eco Luxe Australia checks each item for quality & also hand packs each item prior to dispatch to ensure goods are not damaged in transit. If you feel your item is faulty, please email sales@ecoluxeaus.com.au to discuss your options—this may include repair or replacement. (Please note: Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.)

PRODUCT COLOURS:

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be completely accurate.
